Instructions
- From the Excel document, copy green area
- Try out the Excel template with sample data first
- Download the Blank Excel data template, fill in the yellow area, copy the green area
- Paste into the PediTools input text area and click Submit
- Pasting only the green area avoids sending protected health information
- Fenton 2025 Growth Chart will plot
- For printing, it's best to right-click and save the plot first
- Percentiles, Z-scores, actual & goal weekly weight change metrics displayed
